I Knead It Bakery was born from a simple love of baking and a desire to share that warmth with my neighbors and community. Every cake, cookie, and seasonal treat that leaves my kitchen is made from scratch — in small batches, with ingredients I'd be proud to serve my own family.
As a California Cottage Food Operation, I bake from my home kitchen right here in the Inland Empire. There's no storefront — just me, my oven, and a genuine love for what I do. I believe you can taste the difference when something is made with care and intention, and that's exactly what I pour into every single order.
